Execution of the fundamental blows in a situation with a partner in motion and in a limited area.
TECHNIQUES + PARADES + ESCAPES + COUNTERS
The Salute - the Guards - the Footwork
1) Step forward - cross step: Low side kick (chasse bas) with the front leg;
Escape to the inside (esquive interieure) by stepping off & continuing to cover up.2) Step forward - cross step: Mid-level whip kick (fouette median) with front leg;
Cross-parry (parade en opposition) with the open palm of the front glove.3) Lateral step aside (sideways deplacement), front leg fouette median;
Cross-parry (parade opposition), counter immediately (riposte) with lead leg low side kick (chasse bas) with a cross-step (marche-croise) forward.4) Lateral step aside (sideways deplacement), rear leg fouette median;
Front hanging open palm block (parade bloquee), counter rear leg fouette median.5) After step aside to the inside: Jab (direct bras avant) to the face;
Catch with open rear glove (parade bloquee), counter (remise) with jab to face.6) After step aside to the inside: Cross (direct bras arriere) to the face;
Lateral escape to the outside (sideways esquive), counter with cross to the face.7) After step aside: Rear leg low side kick (chasse bas) to opponent's lead leg;
Lateral step to the right or left to avoid (esquive) the kick, counter (riposte) with rear leg mid-level whip kick (fouette median).8) After step aside: Front leg mid-level reverse kick (lateral or frontal, not spinning).
9) After step aside: Rear leg low kick (coup de pied bas);
Escape on the place to avoid (esquive) by raising the attacked leg, and counter (riposte) with front leg fouette median, or chasse bas, or cross to the face.THEME ASSAUT 2 x 1 minute rounds
Blocking, slipping/escaping/avoiding and simple counters against a known single blow. For example: first round against front leg fouette median, and second round against a straight lead jab punch.

Acquisition of a correct coordination in the simple combination (in a situation with a partner in a limited area) and mastering a static balance.
TECHNIQUES + PARADES + ESCAPES + RIPOSTES
1) The kicks and punches study of the "Blue Glove" doubled on the place.... same parades.... escapes and counters.
2) After step aside, rear leg chasse median (lateral or frontal);
Parade chasse (scoop and/or deflection), to the inside, and free counter.3) After step aside, rear leg reverse lateral median;
Parade en opposition (block and cover), and free counter.4) After step aside, rear leg fouette bas (low level whip kick);
Escape by switching lead and counter with right whip kick - low, middle or high.5) Lateral step aside (sideways deplacement), swing punch with rear hand to face;
Bob and weave (esquive rotative) and counter with a cross, or swing to the face.6) Whilst moving forward: Front leg low lateral reverse kick;
Escape (esquive) by lifting the attacked leg and counter (riposte) with rear hook.7) After step aside, cross (direct bras arriere) to the body;
Parade chasse (scoop) with front hand and counter with rear hook to face.8) After step aside, jab (direct bras avant) to the body;
Parade chasse (scoop) with rear hand and counter with jab to the face.9) Step laterally and deliver sweeping low kick (coup de pied bas) with either leg;
Escape with push shuffle to the rear and counter with rear leg fouette median.10) After step aside, spinning reverse kick, middle or high;
Parade en opposition (rear hand down, lead hand up) and counter (riposte) with rear hand swing.THEME ASSAUT 2 x 1+1/2 Minute rounds
First round: parade / escape and one free counter to any single blow from the feet.

Demonstrate mastery of dynamic balance in a situation with a partner in motion and in a limited area
TECHNIQUES + PARADES + ESCAPES + RIPOSTES
1) After step aside, either (a) rear hook to the head, or (b) front hook to the head;
(a) Blocked parry with bent left arm -
(b) Escape by leaning backwards and counter immediately with a jab to the face.2) In motion: Jumping cross chasse lateral median (side kick to the body);
Escape inside and counter with chasse bas front leg - without changing leads.3) In motion: Jumping cross fouette figure (front leg whip kick to the head);
Block in opposition, sidestep inside and counter with rear leg chasse median.4) On the place: Rear leg frontal reverse (outside crescent) kick at head height;
Escape by leaning back and counter with front leg fouette - choice of three levels.5) In motion: Jumping (push shuffle advance) rear coup de pied bas (low kick);
Escape inside and counter with front leg revers lateral (reverse whip) kick.6) After step aside: either (a) rear hook to the body, or (b) front hook to the body;
(a) Block with bent front arm, step to the inside and counter with cross punch -
(b) Block with bent rear arm and counter with lead and rear hook combination.7) In motion: Jumping cross fouette median (front leg whip kick to the body);
Blocked parry with bent rear arm and counter with rear leg coup de pied bas.8) In motion: Jumping cross chasse bas (low side kick) with the front leg;
Step and slide laterally to the outside and counter with jab / cross combination.9) On the place: Revers tournant bas (low spinning reverse kick);
Total escape (by taking one step back) and counter with jumping cross chasse.10) Step and slide right: Chasse tournant median (turning side kick to the body);
Parade bloquee, riposte with jab to face, cross to body, jab to face combination.THEME ASSAUT 2 x 1+1/2 Minute rounds
First round: free counter of any one blow (hand or foot) against any combination of two blows.
